Mr. For-Ian V. Sandoval visited the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office last October 2, 2017. He discussed the capabilities and features of OSCA Portal with Laguna PSWD Director. Mr. Ernesto M. Montecillo is willing to assist the OSCA Project Lead to discuss the system with all the Provincial SWDO Personnel of the Province.
